Yes tried it the other day and got all three manifests down and installed. Another tip is that I've installed them to a separate Skyrim SE 1.5.97 directory and left the "current" steam version as the latest AE version.

Hello, I can’t find anything online that’s helping my problem. I have changed the Xbox language to Japanese entirely, uninstalled Skyrim and installed it twice after doing so. Both times it ended up being in English, despite my Xbox being in Japanese. Any help is appreciated. I am on an Xbox One S.
After a DLC installation my skyrim NPC's started to talk in Polish language (English subtitles are enable) But its very uncomfortable and I have no idea how to change that, I'm playing not on Steam by the way.
